The information collected includes but is not limited to: email addresses, usernames, game descriptions and AI prompts, and any other content you submit. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential data, passwords, or trade secrets in your AI prompts. Any content you submit to the AI system may be transmitted to and processed by third-party services.
We may retain your AI prompts and the resulting generated content (game code, assets, etc.) for the purposes of providing and improving the service, debugging, abuse prevention, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

AI prompts and generated game content are retained for as long as your account is active. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Website to function properly.
We do not use the Website to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@lavatg.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
